Answer:	Yes went folded correctly it is. Used them on an ocean kayaking trip. During that time they were stuffed in the back compartment and everything inside stayed nice and dry. They also sat outside of the tent overnight and on one of the night it rained. In the morning all contents were dry. I believe that if submerged for a short period of time they would be fine. For general outdoor use (canoein kayaking, boating, camping etc. they’re great bags! I have a fe and have recommended the to a number of friends.

Answer:	I bought this for my granddaughter. She is very tall for her age (5 this past August) so I bought the small for her height. Answer:	I think it would be too big for a 9 year old. But everyone has different size skulls, so you never know. I just measured and my biggest portion is 22 inches. That seems kind of big to me. It is tight enough to hold water out for me. The ear area has an enlargement so it doesn't hurt ears too much. But I wear glasses underneath it too and it hurts my nose because it is so tight.

Answer:	I have yet to use a swim cap where my hair wasn't 'soaking wet' after using it....For me swim caps are only meant to keep my hair from getting in my face and flowing around. But there will always be some kind of water getting in. As far as the ears go, I noticed that these caps are cut a little big so the problem may be that your cap is to big for you. I would use ear plugs in addition to the cap. At least the cap will keep the plugs from falling out.

Answer:	I am not aware of any where to purchase an extension. You could diy by using the same corded trim as shown on the belt. Make one cut in the be!t and sew in the desired length.

Answer:	the bottom of it is 8 inches x 3 inches

Answer:	The shell its self is very waterproof, but the opening is only closed with a regular zipper. If it was Submerged it would leak. As a deck bag you can put the zipper at a low point and I tjink there is a small flap over it then. It would keep most spray and rain out. I like mine, but it is placed up under my deck as a glove compartment. If I swamped the canoe it would get some water in it.

Answer:	Depends on whether you want the camera to stay dry or not. It would keep the camera attached to your kayak, but the camera would get wet. When I floated the calm river with the bag everything in the bag was soaked. Luckily the phones were already waterproof and the wallets dried out.
