Answer:	I don't think so. It kept my things dry inside while hiking in a river. but water drops from inside out might be different. I would guess that if the bag is properly closed and kept somewhat upright, it should keep the water inside. It will definitely not leak though the material.

Answer:	This clear window on the camera case is 6" x 3". There is roughly 1/2" around it for phone to fit it. That would be maxed out tightly. So if your phone was close to 6 1/4" x 3 1/4" it should be fine. Hope this helps. Sorry it took awhile to respond.

Answer:	I don't think I would do that, I think a good dunking in the water you would be more than fine, even for an extended time. Towing it not sure about that, could put in tub to try it. We love ours, they are very well made, have no issues often, tied to deck of Kayak and takes good bouts of water with no issues.
