Answer:	I don’t believe so...my son weighs 140lbs & is 5’6” and it fits him well.

Answer:	The padding is only on front & back. Velcro straps around the sides. My son also wears a long sleeve paintball shirt under the vest so his entire body is protected. He used to come home with bruises after paintball, with the vest & shirt he doesn't. It is a little stiff at first, but he says it's worth the trade off;)

Answer:	This is a very thick padded unit, effective against paintball at 300 FPS. Rubber bullets travel at 500 FPS and have much larger mass. To answer you question, yes to some degree.
