Answer:	Well, yes, if you have the proper barrel. I have a set on my rem 870 20 ga rifled slug barrel, so yes it will. I believe it will fit any Remington with their "rifle sights". If your barrel is a vented/bead sight barrel these will not fit as that barrel does not have the sight posts to attach these too. If your barrel looks like the one in the photo less the fiber optics you should be good to go.

Answer:	Yes they will fit on your 870 if you have the riffled barrel. The rear sight just screws down in place using the existing hardware on your gun. The front sight is a bit more difficult. You got to take a hammer and punch and drive the front sight out and then drive the new front sight in place.

Answer:	They are not magnetic, they use tension from the side metal portion of the sight. They also have a small notch to snug the sight against the original factory sight if needed. Though it may have been unnecessary, I took the advice of someone on a forum and used a tiny piece of double sticky tape between the sight and rail. I have used this sight for over 2,000 rounds of 12 gauge with no issues whatsoever and have friends and family both that have purchased and used one after trying mine. They are all happy and have been without issue as well.

Home Defense DIY Upgrade

Our Big dots are available for shotguns with plain bead barrels (Mossberg & Remington) and pedestal barrels (Remington).

Both beads attach by applying a 2-part epoxy to the bead and attaching it to the brass bead on the barrel. We recommend JB Weld, as it works well and is widely available.

Plain barrel packaging will include a replacement brass bead to ensure a proper fit. Pedestal style shotguns come with the proper bead in place from the factory.

Barrels can also be drilled and tapped, we recommend having this completed by a gunsmith and using a 6-48 thread bead.

Answer:	I installed these on a Remington Express Super Magnum 12 gauge. It does block the bead sight, as that is what keeps the front sight on the rib of the barrel. But these sights allow for an additional rear sight for better aiming for Turkey hunting, and my night time coyote population control as the sights react to my red light. (Reacts to all light sources including low light morning hour hunts) . I have probably had over 200 rounds of shells ranging from 2 3/4 #7 , 3" 000 and 00, all the way up to Hevi-shot Dead Coyote 3 1/2 T - load, since putting on the Hi-Viz and they are still on there. Seen reviews where folks had lost their front sight while shooting or trekking through wooded areas. Some even have added a dab of superglue. I haven't had any issues with anything like this , and using a Carlson's dead coyote choke, with anything like a 3 1/2 00 packs quite a punch. If it needed glue I would've already had to use it. Hopefully this helps, best to you.

Answer:	Tritium is a radioactive isotope of hydrogen - that when blended with Phosphor, glows for more than 12 years (half life of Tritium). As such, it is "glowing" 24 hours a day, but you only see the glow in low/no light situations - so yes, it will be illuminating when you take it out of the safe - as long as it hasn't been in there for more than 12 years.

Answer:	This has tritium so it's self luminescent. The downside is the tritium will eventually go dead but you still have a much more visible sight than a standard bead. I don't know if it's better than a fiber optic, just different.

Answer:	I have these sights on my Browning Citori 12 ga and love it for shooting pheasants & trap. The manufacturer should list the specifications sufficiently to see if it is wide enough to fit snugly on the 1100's ventilated rib.

Answer:	You need to measure the width of the Rib on the Shot Gun. If it is 1/4" to 3/8" it will fit. If it is wider you will need the 400 model.

Answer:	It's in line with the bead of the barrel
Question:	Looking for a sight option for mossberg shockwave. Will this sight fit
Answer:	Absolutely. I just placed it on a Mossberg 500. It has a small notch in front that fits up against the bead.
Question:	How well does this work for a mossberg 500? Any modifications needed like tapping the barrel
Answer:	Looking at the barrels they are similar on the outer diameter. The sight will not fit onto a ribbed barrel. One thing that I cannot confirm is if the 930 is ported to reduce recoil- If you do not have the ribbing or the recoil ports is should work. This was a tight fit onto my barrel and I have an outer diameter of 14/16" is does not come off or even show signs of movement.
Question:	Is there any drilling or tapping required for an 1100 from the 80's
Answer:	I never tried it on a 20 but fits great on my Mossburg 500
