25 Resistance Levels and the way they work

There are 5 levels of resistance on each side of the mask which can be adjusted based on your needs and level of expertise with workout masks. If the level on each side is set to a certain number, multiplying the numbers from both sides will indicate your actual resistance level. For example if the lever on the right side is set to 3 and on the left it’s set to 4 your resistance level will be 12 (3x4=12).

Each color in the chart represents level of difficulty of resistance.

Green levels are for beginners, Blue is for intermediates who has some experience with the resistance mask.

The orange is for advanced users who workout regularly and the red color is for extreme users who does hardcore training.
