Answer:	These things are three piece contraptions which have not been designed 'stacker' friendly. I suppose you could pile them in three separate stacks, but they wont nest very well. The selling point to these things is they are portable microwaveable containers, with a decent sealing top, that you could boil soup in and take it right out of the microwave without an oven mitt. You have to take the glass insert out of the rubberish exterior shell when you wash them, also not a deal breaker. Im a big fan of these containers.
Question:	Is the silicone removable? Can you still close the lid if it is removed
Answer:	The dish is made of three completely separate pieces. A square glass dish, a larger square colored silicone outer dish, and the translucent silicone lid. They come apart with no effort for washing, the outer silicone dish is not tight, and has inner ridges that the glass dish sits on, leaving air space between the outer silicone dish and the inner glass dish. This enables it to contain any leaking from the glass dish during transport, and also means the dish is well insulated against temperature and falls. The silicone lid and outer silicone dish fit together without the glass insert, but need the glass insert to form the watertight seal as there is a rim inside the lid that squeezes between the inner glass and the outer silicone to form the watertight seal. So you could put the lid on the glass portion alone, but it would just sit on top, and stick out a lot around the edges. It would not be ideal. If you want a container without the silicone outer dish Pyrex dishes are probably better, or a stainless steel container.

Answer:	No, they're perfect. I have an 8 month old and she has a big appetite. So I've started to fill them 2/3 full now so I can give her two at a time. Each compartment measures approximately 2oz which equals to a quarter of a cup, which to a baby that is just starting to eat is more than enough. Love those containers. have 3 myself. Answer:	If you are concerned that you child will put the pieces in his/her mouth, then it would probably ok to wipe them with Lysol wipes. Otherwise, it's a toy like any other, we didn't wash anything.

Question:	Are the pieces durable enough for frequent cleaning
Answer:	Yes. I have an entire collection of Hape products and they are amazing. The only thing that might need extra cleaning are the wooden spoons which don't have a coating on them like the other wood pieces. The wooden pepper, oil and vinegar and plastic bowl can all easily be wiped down with a wet cloth or sanitizer, the wooden spoons would get slightly damp as the wood doesn't have a waterproof coating. The veggies are all coated wood except the carrots and lettuce which are felt fabric and those might be tough to "clean." All together though, I've found Hape products to be all around quality pieces and durable. Tonight my husband just finished putting together my sons Hape kitchen from Santa ;) and he said that was the best hardware he has seen on any "take home and build" type purchase. The tools they gave us didn't strip the screws and all screws actually fit into the holes perfectly.

Answer:	I believe that hape has more quality in it. Though i am now trying to decide between hape and m&d for i think hape chunk pieces are perfect for yonger kids like a 2yo. My daughter is 3 and i feel they are a little too chunky for her hands.
Question:	This seems specifically geared towards 1-2 year olds yet it says not for children under 3. Why
Answer:	The small pieces means that it has a choking hazard, which in turn means it has to be for ages 3 and up. However, I would say that it is definitely more geared towards preschoolers and early grade school! This set is part of a large variety of play kitchen items that Plan carries, and due to the nature of the pieces as well as the nature of the type of play, they are a lot better for kids in that age bracket then they are for young toddlers.

Answer:	My guess is that it may just be a problem with that one. I have not found that to be a problem with the 2 I have. Both move quite easily on a smooth surface

Answer:	Ana, the wheels stopped working on it and I took it completely apart but cannot recall the details (I'm afraid to redo it or otherwise I would give you the steps). Answer:	Works well on hardwood floors or a thinner carpet. If the carpet is too shaggy there won't be enough friction for the wheels to turn, which is what causes the kibble to pop up. Another tip. Make sure to use small dry treats. You are going to love it.
