Answer:	Plant based cleaner that works extremely well. I've used in several houses with numerous bathrooms for years; keep one at each toilet. Quick swish with a brush and this product, every few days/whenever keeps bowl clean. So, I like it and prefer it. Good, fresh scent. No chlorine or peroxide in this, however, so, whether it disinfects, strictly speaking, as you question, probably not.
