Answer:	I would say ages 3 and up would be appropriate. An older 2 year old may be coordinated enough to push the button in while drinking but younger toddlers will most likely have difficulty since they're not quite coordinated enough. We started using them about 2-3 months before my children turned 3 and LOVE these cups!

Answer:	Contigo has a lifetime guarantee on the tops. If you still have them, you can submit a claim. I've replaced more tops than I can count at this point because they keep breaking. But they always send a free replacement (often a completely new water bottle).
Question:	why does it say bailey? Will it say that if i order it
Answer:	Yes, it is actually molded onto the bottom of the bottle- "BPA Free." My daughter loves hers- had them for about 10 months now- scratched up but still work fine.

Answer:	No. They have some that look a lot like this that do have a straw, however, these auto spout ones do not. They have a button you push that opens a home to drink through. Less parts!
