Question:	Is it leak proof
Answer:	Mine has leaked yes. It will leak slightly with the mouth/straw attachment on when held upside down. It will also leak if you undergo a pressure change. I was on an airplane flight and it leaked quite badly. I remedied this by flipping the straw to the open position so the pressure differential didn't cause an issue during flight. Overall I love this bottle I would recommend it over any other option!

I suspect you could change the straw out for Silicone. This was a compromise for us. Small enough for little kids and their school bags, mostly safe/clean, and not glass. As compromises go, its pretty good. I hope you find the illusive healthy water bottle! Goodness knows the marketplace needs more of them for kids!
Question:	Everytime i drink its like the straw is clogged?. There is no blockages. Straw if fine when its not connected to the lid
Answer:	It's a silicone straw with no built out stop piece on it like the hard plastic reusable straws. There are flexible rubber teeth (instead of just a hole or flip top) in the straw area of the cup that slow down removal but don't prevent the straw from being removed all the way.

Answer:	Mine was like that at first, it was the vacuum breaker was partially stuck to the lid. Ion stuck a part of the disk of the vacuum breaker and it worked far better - at least until the whole vacuum breaker thingy disappeared, it does drink very easily, but it no longer seals against spills if I knock the bottle over
