Answer:	Mine has leaked yes. It will leak slightly with the mouth/straw attachment on when held upside down. It will also leak if you undergo a pressure change. I was on an airplane flight and it leaked quite badly. I remedied this by flipping the straw to the open position so the pressure differential didn't cause an issue during flight. Overall I love this bottle I would recommend it over any other option!
