Answer:	Is this tumbler made in the United States? We bought another model of tumbler, the National Geographic one, and it run for a few minutes and quit. Had to return it to Amazon. If it's made in China, it's junk and Amazon should make that information available to consumers.

Answer:	I don't know but I doubt it. I haven't found any water bottles that are totally clean. The straws are hard plastic. The lid is hard plastic. I suspect you could change the straw out for Silicone. This was a compromise for us. Small enough for little kids and their school bags, mostly safe/clean, and not glass. As compromises go, its pretty good. I hope you find the illusive healthy water bottle! Goodness knows the marketplace needs more of them for kids!

Answer:	Yes, the bottoms are smaller than the top opening to allow for partial nesting, but the inner threading design should prevent the cups getting stuck together. I highly recommend these. My 3.5 year old had had hers for nearly a year and we have no complaints. It's taken several tumbles and has been sterilized with boiling water dozens of times and it has no damage.
