Question:	Will a metal straw fit in the spout
Answer:	Absolutely
Question:	how long do liquids poured in last cold with and without ice, also it says 64 ounces does that mean it will over flow at 64 or will there be room
Answer:	With ice, liquids will stay cold all day. I've used ice, and the ice cubes are still there after 12 hours. Without ice, I would imagine liquids will stay cold at least 8 hours. 64oz fills it up, no overflow.
Question:	Is it plastic inside
Answer:	Yes, it is hard plastic inside and outside.
Question:	Where can i buy the rubber stopper replacement
Answer:	I emailed the company. They said they only sell entire replacement lids not just the gasket sets. No price yet on that. I usually buy many extra gasket sets for every thermos since gaskets get moldy. I intend on purchasing another brand of jug.

Question:	I've had an issue with 2 of these where the outside container breaks apart from the inner container. Any ideas why this is happening
Answer:	Dont run it thru the dishwasher or soak it in water. I have had no issue and use it everyday.
Question:	Can you use it with one hand easily? Or is it so big you have to hold it with 2 hands when drinking
Answer:	I bought it for my 11 year old granddaughter for her basketball games. It's too big around for her to hold with one hand. An adult would probably have difficulty using one hand as well. it's the perfect size as far as quantity. She drinks a lot of water.
Question:	is it a straw, or do i have to tip that huge thing to drink it
Answer:	It's a spout, so you have to tip it to pour the liquid through the spout.
Question:	Can you order a replacement for the silicone part? I think it’s called a gasket
Answer:	I too called the 800.831.9242 Customer Service & Under Armour provided me also with an entire new lid for FREE because my spout gaskets needed replaced. I too will be investing in this brand again because of their great service !!

Care and Use Guide

1. Remove lid (A) by twisting counterclockwise.

2. Pull down the locking-ring (B) located on lid (A) of the bottle. Press the push-button (D) on the lid (A) to open lid cover (C).

3. Pull out spout gasket (C1) from underside of lid cover (C) to completely remove it.

4. Remove the o-ring gasket (A1) from underside of lid.

5. Wash all parts separately and re-assemble.

a. Ensure gaskets (A1 and C1) are properly seated to minimize leaking.

6. Fill container with beverage. Do not overfill: Leave space for lid (A) to avoid overflow.

7. Replace the lid (A) by twisting it clockwise.

8. To drink, pull down the locking-ring (B) located on lid (A) of the bottle. Push the button (D) located on the lid (A) of the bottle, which will release the lid cover (C) and reveal the drink opening.

9. When finished drinking, close and lock the lid cover (C) by securing the locking-ring (B) over the button (D).

General Use

• Before first use, wash all parts with warm, soapy water. Rinse all parts thoroughly and allow time to dry.
• Contents should not be left in the container for longer than 24 hours. As soon as possible after each and every use, wash all parts with warm, soapy water. Rinse all parts thoroughly with clean water. Allow all parts to dry completely prior to next use or storage.

• Do not use abrasive cleaners or scrubbers since they may dull the finish.
• Do not use bleach or cleaners containing chlorine on any parts of the product.
