Answer:	They are very strong. Never had them bend on me. I love Ann Clark cutters. As for the thickness i do not recall the actual measurements but it really depends on your roller and how thick you roll out your dough.

Answer:	i can tell you from first hand experience that the thread pattern is different and nalgene or camelback lids (or human gear caps, which i love) do not fit

Answer:	I think they could work for that. They have a nice cutting edge, and the opposite side is thicker for easy pressing with your fingers. As long as your not cutting anything too tough, they should work well. I would recommend using softer breads.
