Answer:	My experience has been several hours to maintain “hot” liquid. 12 hours is asking a lot of this product considering the bottle has somewhat limited vacuum insulation for high performance temperature retention. The only type of container that I am aware of that sweats very little is a 2 wall, stainless steel bottle, they insulate VERY well, but even then if you have hot liquid on a very cold day, there may be some, although small amount of condensation.

Answer:	I am not aware of a limited edition purple. I bought the purple color that is the one shown on the Amazon question/answer request. I am happy with the purple color. I love Nalgene bottles. Answer:	Actually, a regular bottle brush (i.e., oxo brush) does Not fit. I am looking for a skinnier brush that works better for this bottle. My son loves the narrow neck, but the cleaning of this bottle is a major pain everyday! Many narrow neck bottle scrubbers are not bendable. This bottle has a wide top, so thin brushes can do the bottom and the middle, but not the top. Also, bendy brushes are a little helpful, but we have had hard time finding a good one. Any recommendations?

Answer:	No, it will not. The Sawyer Mini is designed for standard soda-bottle-size openings. To use it with this water bottle, you'd need to hold it and use the straw. Obviously it won't be watertight.Personally, I use the Sawyer collapsible bag to collect untreated water, then attach the filter and squeeze into my canteen or whatever other container.

Answer:	Listed as 32oz which is technically .054 short of a 1L. Dimensions are that of US military canteen, so it fits the US canteen cups and pouches. Nalgene seem to have set the standard on mouth hole size - larger or small. This is not the large, so it does connect to the smaller port adapter on my Katadyn water filter. It's one of the few bottles I consider for backpacking. The kidney shape fits well in the side pocket and it's easy to drink from when walking at a fast pace.

Answer:	Yeah it also fits the GI stainless steel canteen cup. (The "other brand" canteen only fits the cover, doesn't fit the cup.) You can use this as a direct replacement for the original GI canteen. (I've even heard you can put the chem warfare cap on this canteen. Haven't tried it.)
