Answer:	It slides right into the water bottle holder. On the back side of the tool bag, there is a depression similar to the neck in the bike water bottle and it allows it to kind of click and lock it into that spot. It stays put just as good as your water bottle!!

Answer:	This case is "semi-hard case". It has to be somewhat flexible to fit into the water bottle cage. After using it for several months, no way I would put my cell phone in this case. I have a 29 inch tube, a CO2 inflator, three cartridges, a multitool in it and that works great. It does take a pounding attached to the bike. I love it for what I carry, but I think it would beat the crap out of a cell phone. It takes the same pounding as your bike. I keep my phone in my Camelback. I would not do it.

Answer:	Mine has leaked yes. It will leak slightly with the mouth/straw attachment on when held upside down. It will also leak if you undergo a pressure change. I was on an airplane flight and it leaked quite badly. I remedied this by flipping the straw to the open position so the pressure differential didn't cause an issue during flight. Overall I love this bottle I would recommend it over any other option!
