Answer:	Use white distilled vinegar. After soaking the silicone top in the vinegar for 5-10 min the black mold should scrub right off. I have had my Ello Syndicate 20-ounce bottle for over a year now and it always does the trick.

Answer:	Unless you plan to bake with it, that shouldn't matter. Borosilicate (pyrex) is for things like baking dishes. It can handle things like taking a dish out of the fridge and putting it directly into a hot oven without cracking. Normal glass works just fine for any scenario that I can think of for a water bottle, and it will be a touch lighter.

Answer:	I carry mine in my gym bag and my son carries his in his backpack and we've never had a problem with leaking. It has a great seal and a locking mechanism to keep it from opening. The only way it leaks is if the top isn't put on correctly.

Answer:	Here is what they claim "Our unique packaging process removes the majority of the residual oxygen through a nitrogen flushing practice. Wise Company Grab and Go Food Kits carry up to shelf life of 25 years, with absolutely no rotation needed."From reading a lot of differant websites the oxygen obsorbers sound like a better process then that stated above. This method reduces the residual oxygen to the point where nothing can live in the bag like bacteria or mold. Some sites claim you need freeze dried to get 20+ years and dried food gets you 10+. The shelf life of both these methods can be reduced by 1/2 depending on if the food is stored in 70+ degrees or greater than 10% humidity.It's also a function of the type of bag it is stored in and if the bag has creases, kinks, or damage since oxygen will always get in at some rate over the years. Glass and cans will not let oxygen in but if your storage temperature fluctuates you could reach dew point in the can which will cause spoilage of the food faster. Not letting your storage touch walls reduces the chance of reaching dew point ( so I have read). The way I interpret all of these factors is that there is no clear cut answer of how food will store for you in your situation. The best sites that are most trusted warn against shelf life claims, describe a science that has a lot of unknown factors and variables (such as the percent of water in the food when packed and how the fat within the food reduces the shelf life) unless in a controlled environment. The worst part of it comes when you eat the food and it contains botulism it can look and smell normal. Botulism is on of the most dangerous toxins. Be as educated as you can be about this as it will most likely get your whole family at once. Don't trust any of what I just wrote and do your own research.

Question:	What is the width of the neck of this bottle (so I can purchase a pouring spout for it
Answer:	The opening at the top is one inch. It comes with its own stopper and I use that to seal up my bottle of limoncello, which I keep in the freezer, But if you are going to keep the bottle out, you can use a pourer that fits the one-inch opening.
Question:	How does one close it?? I think the placement of mine is off. Help
Answer:	If it isn’t defective, then it is relatively simple. There are two thick metal wires the longer one is a handle and the shorter more rounded one is the lever used to open and close the bottle. If everything is lined up with the levers rounded part matching the neck of the bottle all you should have to do is put the rubber cork over the mouth of the bottle and pull the lever towards the bottle to seal it. Answer:	Not sure ... if the picture of the 2 for $25 product (i'm not seeing) looks like same design - then would presume (but bormioli makes a lot of different styles - I have several) ... this 40.5 oz design I purchased a few for a lower add-on price (& free ship) & have gotten a great deal of use out of them & my other Bormioli Rocco - not only for homemade naturally brewed & flavored tea/water/juice/etc .... but I make my own extracts & simple syrups (homemade ginger being a favorite) ... hope this helped ... if you need to confirm style of 2 fo $25 - there should be a link to contact that seller on that items page ... The problem is that if yoy are running over power intensive appliances on the same circuit at the same time, both together draw too much current and will trip your breaker. Answer:	The online description of it states that it has an adjustable regulated pressure up to 4500 psi.

Answer:	The picture used on this listing is actually a Simpson Cleaning 82235. The 82232 does look like its made out of cheap clear plastic. Hope this info helps.
Question:	Is the interior of lid plastic
Answer:	Not sure about the 10%, but if you were going to buy a reducer buy the Simpson 82235 not the 82232: better grip, built better and same PSI rated. I had the 82232: It felt cheap and hard to adjust when your hands get a bit wet. I currently own the newer version (82235) and I am happy with it. PS The picture of the listing is of the 82235, not of the 82232.
Question:	Do you take the silicone sleeve off to clean it
Answer:	Some pressure washer has the soap induction and it passes to through the wand to include the dial n wash...sometimes certain soap may dry out the oil rings or leaves residue behind. That's the reason why it says not to be used with detergents. If you got to use detergent, you can use this product with a foam cannon.
