Fill liquids to just below the threading in the body. DO NOT microwave or freeze. DO NOT use cleaners containing bleach, chlorine, abrasives, and/or other harsh chemicals. DO NOT continue to use product if damaged. DO NOT carry bottles containing liquid in bags to help prevent accidental opening. Answer:	Hi. I've never tested it, but it's possible for the high temperatures in a dishwasher to damage the vacuum seal. I think that's why they recommend hand washing the main body. I just ordered the 3rd one in June 2020 and the seal just fell out yesterday in October 2020. If this one does the same thing, I will not buy another one of these Contigo travel mugs.

Question:	what's the difference between the contigo ashland and the contigo chug
