| Answer: | Hi Kevin, Thanks for your question! The flap is removable, however, you will have to uninstall the plastic door frame in order to flex the plastic enough to wiggle it out. It's designed to snap in pretty snug so this might not be the best option if you want to conveniently remove and replace the flap as your pet is using it. If you would like to semi-permanently take the flap out though, it is possible, and we just recommend being a little gentle with it so you can replace the flap later as you need. When you look at the front of the plastic door frame identify the small grooves where the flap snaps in. You will be able to gently flex the plastic and pull on one side to get the flap to snap out. Hope that helps and please don't hesitate to ask if there are any other questions we can answer! |
