Answer:	I would not, you can buy a replacement bladder fairly priced and not worry about cleaning that old one. Also, after 15 yrs, not sure if all the seals will work you could have some leaks

Question:	Is the tube brush thick enough to get the actual insides of the tube well? I have an old one that doesn't touch the insides
Answer:	It doesn't get into that nook and I finally gave up on trying to clean it. I actually just purchased a new Nathan bladder and decided it's worth it to get a new one every year.

Answer:	The bristles extend well beyond the metal handle and do not damage the blader. I use electrolites in my bladder and it needs to be cleaned after riding.

Answer:	Ok I see some clues in all the conversations!! This folds almost flat and then you insert it into the camel-bak/item and it opens and allows air to dry it out!! Ahaaasa thank you all!

Answer:	The rack is collapsable. Fold the sides upward, then slip the device in the hole. Be careful on the extraction.
Question:	I don't use any cleaner stronger than vinegar or soap. Are tablets necessary to cleaning? Thanks
Answer:	I've never used vinegar and soap but with the tablets you can see it cleans out any gunk quite well.
Question:	What is the difference between this unit and the "mil-spec" model
Answer:	The only difference that I have found between genuine Camelbak cleaning kits involve the hangers. For example, the MIL-SPEC hydration bag has two recessed holes that the MIL-SPEC cleaning hanger goes into. You can find ways to jigger the hangers to work between different models, but it is better to buy a Crux cleaning kit for a Crux bag, a MIL-SPEC for a MIL-SPEC bag, and an Antidote for an Antidote. If you have more than one model, you can purchase an additional model's hanger alone on Amazon.

Answer:	As far as I know I think it's for the bottles only, the skinny brush is long enough for the bottle straw, the mouthpiece on the cap and the bite valve. The big brush fits the bottle perfectly. I've never tried it on my bladder though.
Question:	Is this brush dishwasher safe
Answer:	Absolutely! These are so handy for people who drink smoothies...the large brush is perfect for cleaning out the smoothie jar, and the skinny brush fits perfectly into a wide smoothie straw. I keep my brushes upright in a pint canning jar, and then throw them in the dishwasher periodically.

Answer:	It should. I am not sure of my opening, but I bought 3 of these and it works for 3 different sizes that I have and has directions for fitting to various sizes. You may need to cut down one side of it to get it to fit, which it is designed to do. But also it is designed to fold the sides down to squeeze through an opening.
Question:	how do i use hydration hanger on bladder bag
Answer:	The hanger folds to fit inside the bladder and then opens to allow airflow inside to dry completely. Just fold it back and pull out when done.

Answer:	I have an Osprey 2.5 liter bladder and it fits pretty well. I would say its actually a little smaller than I would like for my bladder, but it still works quite well and gets the job done.

Answer:	I bought them for the same reason you are asking. Camelbak's tablets are expensive. After using these tablets I'm not convinced they are better or even as good. I will use them on my travel coffee mugs/water bottles and light cleanings for the reservoirs but when I need a good deep clean I will continue to use Camelbak's tablets. I feel they sanitize better.
