Question:	Does it filter when you drink it or as the wateŕ is added
Answer:	It filters as you drink. It probably filters some while it stands there, but mainly it filters as you drink.
Question:	Can you put it the freezer
Answer:	We do not recommend freezing bobble or its carbon filter. you can, however, put bobble in the refrigerator.
Question:	Is the bottle soft enough to squeeze water out of and into a cup
Answer:	Yes. It's not overly soft, but it's pliable enough for that.
Question:	How often do you need to replace the filter
Answer:	It depends on how much water you drink. The water will start tasting different when it's time tu of change. I have to replace it about every three months.

Question:	when i purchased my bottle a week ago i did not get a top, how can i get a top for the mouth piece.thank you
Answer:	Buy another filter pack
Question:	Is the 18.5 oz and the 34 oz replacement filter interchangeable? I want to get the 34 oz but don't want to not have the correct replacement later
Answer:	Yes, the filters are the same size, and the bottles both have the same size opening. This is a larger size than most standard bottles though, so you won't be able to fit any regular cap, only the Bobble filter fits these bottles.
Question:	So you can't put it in the dishwasher, "hand wash only". OK, how do you keep the mouth piece clean without "damaging/impairing the carbon filter
Answer:	The mouthpiece can go in the dishwasher, just take the filter out first. Or buy the version where you can put the whole thing in the dishwasher, including the bottle. Of course, you still have to take the mouthpiece off and remove the filter for that one too. I have several of these, and from now on will only buy the dishwasher safe ones.
Question:	Can it filter out flouride
Answer:	I just know it filters out the impurities in the water. I don’t usually drink out of plastic bottles or even tap water without a filter. I can drink out of this bobble water bottle all day long. That’s the only way I will drink water.

Question:	I just purchased in June and developed fishy smell even if i wash everyday. Is that normal
Answer:	Seriously throw it away , realize it was a bad choice and get a better choice, the bottleishorriable the filters crack before that need to be changed. I bought 2 with 10 filters in case, and I was stupid no filter lasted more than a month and the bottles had to be washed every day or else they started to smell. TRY A NEW BOTTLE MANUFACTURER
Question:	I would LOVE this, but it's plastic, what's the cold to room temp? With as much ice as possible, Time? I use Contigo Brand but am open to new ideas
Answer:	The thing about the bottle is it has a small opening for the spout, about the size of normal coke bottle. I don't think you could fit ice in there without partially melting it or crushing it. I've never put ice in it myself.
