Answer:	Best way I found that works and keeps the straw up where it should be: The straw has to be straight up and down in the middle of the bottle. When closing the lid, the flexible part at bottom SHOULD bend and allow the straw to squish down in the jug (mine does not work 100% of the time).

Question:	Will the lid of this bottle leak
Answer:	The newer ones that can be used without the vent later on, but they all leak the same.
Question:	Is it possible to get a replacement lid for the white/ gray gradient bottle? I borrowed it to a friend and they broke the lid
Answer:	They are hit or miss on leaking. Typically if I mixed the formula in the bottle with the vent in it it would leak. If I mixed the formula before I put the vent in it I didn’t have any issues with leaking. The leaking is caused by the formula/breastmilk getting in the vent and having nowhere else to go but out of the space between the bottle and the outer ring where the excess air is typically released.
Question:	wonky straw? the tip doesnt fit securely onto the straw so the suction is bad also barely protrudes out top. Am i doing something wrong? Anyone else

Answer:	My son started Stage 1 at 6 months. We introduced simple flavors at first to see if he was allergic to anything. By the time he was 8 months he had his first couple sets of teeth and was on Stage 2. We introduced Stage 3 and 4 by 12 months. So, use your best judgement on when to step up in flavors.
