Answer:	Ther wasn't anything on it that I notified that would clip to the bleacher. These didn't seem to slide around when we used them on bleachers. They're just okay - not great - but worth the fairly low cost and they pack up well.

Answer:	Hi yes it actually does! There are rigid rods sewn into the two sides of the back and the two sides of the base. The side straps joining the back to the base can be adjusted so you have just the right tension. It is much better for your back than sitting without any support. If you're sitting in it, you won't flip backwards; your weight will hold the chair in place comfortably. We've noticed that you might want to position the chair with a bit of the seat area hanging over whatever bench you're sitting on. As for a picnic table, it worked just fine for me. We forgot to take our chairs to a football game recently and were very disappointed not to have them with us!

Answer:	You just pull the backrest part up to the position that you prefer. To make it flat, you push the back part and the seat part together and then immediately flatten it out.

Answer:	I can’t get the seat to stay in any upright position. It lies down when I stand up. Very annoying to those sitting behind me

Answer:	Ha ha......... It is a slight hair under 2 and a half inches. I have used mine at 3 different race tracks sitting from 7pm-1am and my butt never got numb like it did on the thin standard square cushion. Also the reclining feature is very strong. This is the best stadium seat cushion that I have ever owned.
