Answer:	Yes it is and the base must be filled with water or sand because the backboard is the heaviest part of the unit. It will fall if it's not filled with something.

Answer:	I've had no problem with our's. I did install it incorrectly at first and had to redo it. But since then, over a year it has worked as expected. You may want to make sure it is installed correctly.

Question:	I need to put in the garage when boys not using it and need to know if it will fit in the garage or not. How short can you make it for storage
Answer:	We lowered the hoop to lowest setting and measured from the ground to the top of the backboard is 117". If you don't fill it all the way with sand (or whatever you're using), an adult could tip it and law it on it's side if necessary for storage.

Question:	I can only get the pole to go 3.5 inches into the base after slamming it over 200 times...any suggestions on getting it to go further
Answer:	Wish you had read my previous response. The paint around that area needs to be sanded down some on the bottom pole to adequately slide the poles together. The system will still be very sturdy where you slammed it down, just know the measurement for the height adjuster will be an inch or two off. Otherwise try to spray some WD40 in the cracks to slide it down more. You should be fine.

Answer:	If I understand your question correctly, the pole leading to the backboard is angled at roughly 60 degrees leaving the backboard out in front of the base a foot or two. Answer:	It's actually really easy to move! I put in around 400+ lbs of sand, so the entire thing weighs A LOT! We move ours often and don't have any trouble at all. My only question to you is the height of your garage! This goal is truly a "Beast," so it's heavy & extremely sturdy. Make 100% sure that you've got the room. Hope this helps!

Answer:	The extra 4-6 inches would help but ten inches should be good. As long as you also fill the center with concrete to make it sturdy

Answer:	I would go just a couple of inches deeper than the sleeve is long. Any deeper and you run the risk of not having the rim go all the way to 10 feet high. Putting it in the sleeve gives the whole thing more play when you're shooting which is not a good thing. They really should make the bottom post longer so you can sink it deeper for better stability. Good luck.
Question:	How far below ground level should the bottom half of the pole be sunk
Answer:	The ground sleeve is 16" in length, 14" of it will be in the concrete. Thus, 14" of the pole.

Answer:	No. It comes with rods, threaded on one end and with a hook on the other to anchor the base in the concrete.

Answer:	The J-Bolt plate is 9X9 but the bolt pattern for the plate is 7X7.
Question:	How deep of a hole do you have to dig
Answer:	We dug down 3 feet. We love the system. Very, very solid and it looks like it belongs at a home and not in a playground.
Question:	Can this system be installed in an indoor court?, we have a huge warehouse in a community center
Answer:	I don't see why not - but you will need to dig down through the concrete foundation of the warehouse, which can be done if you rent the right tools. I can imagine it will take a lot of strength and patience. Just be sure to look up how far down the hole should go and how much concrete to put in. We overdid it a bit - going down about 4 feet - I think only 2-3 is required - just do a little research. Consider how far down the concrete slab of your warehouse goes - if you're digging through concrete with a rented digger it will take a long time and will require hiring someone to do it or taking turns with some strong men with strong backs!

Question:	Once installed in the ground Can it be remove at a later date if I move and want to take the hoop with me
Answer:	The post is cemented in the ground. Plus, you are supposed to pour cement inside. So the post isn't going anywhere. I suppose you could detach the backboard if you wanted to. But the post isn't coming out in one piece.

Question:	What will it take to assemble and install
Answer:	Lots of patience. The post is the most tricky part as you have to find a way to bang the 3 pieces together without damaging the ends to complete installation into the ground portion. We used a two by six board and struck the pole on the ground. We damaged one end banging too hard but was able to savage it. In all it took about 2 1/2 hours just to get the 3 sections of pole as one. Once assembled we filled the pole with quick crete (just add water stir and dump) from a local hardware store and a 3 gallon bucket, so as not to over task ourselves, which took about a hour, put the pole aside, dug the hole and filled with more quick crete(bigger bucket mixed dumped in hole) in all we used 8 bags. Make sure the plastic post holder is level and staked in the ground.Went back the following weekend to finish(it rained the next day) and this will require two people as the post is very heavy, which you will see when you move it. Standard tools for the rest of the assembly goes pretty quick once the post is in the ground, but is a two person job for sure.

Answer:	That would be the rim height, minus the approximately 3-1/2” for the backplate of the rim and the 1” frame. The 90061 has a 3.5” pole. With the rim at 7’and 6” (lowest) that would put the lowest hardware behind the backboard at approximately 7’ and 1-1/2”. With the rim at 10’ (highest) it would put the lowest hardware behind the backboard at 9’ and 7-1/2”.

Designed for heroic level of play, the Hercules portable basketball system will transform the pavement into an arena. The durable water-fillable base allows is capable for competitive play. The base also includes 2 wheels for portability. The acrylic backboard allows for fast rebounds - great for bank shots and and forward players. The Pro-Slam rim features breakaway action with steel rams to attach the net. Pro-Glide advanced system allows for height adjustments from 7.5' to 10'. Other features include a three-piece, 3.5-inch steel pole, a 16" backboard offset for extended play underneath the hoop and a NBA graphic backboard pad that provides added protection against injuries.

Question:	What is the size of the base LxW
Answer:	I just measured it. It is about 54" long x about 32" wide(just the base unit), when fully assembled.
Question:	How do i get parts
Answer:	There is an instruction manual that has the contact info in the first few pages. Call that # and someone will send you the parts needed
Question:	How easy to move, is it easily portable
Answer:	It is easy enough, if there are 2 people. I only have to move mine about 20 feet from the side of the house to the driveway. It can be a pain for one old guy, but, no problem for 1 old guy + 1 teenager. Also, the tank where the water goes wears out easily at the bottom, allowing the water to run out. You will need something like weights or sandbags to provide a good counterweight.
