Answer:	Your doing something wrong. I have no clue what but you have either made an extra loop out of a section or you didnt space it right. There should not be an extra loop.

Answer:	Yes it is and the base must be filled with water or sand because the backboard is the heaviest part of the unit. It will fall if it's not filled with something.
Question:	The Screw Jack lift system doesnt work on mine. Is there some sort of troubleshoot? It will not go up or down while turning
Answer:	I've had no problem with our's. I did install it incorrectly at first and had to redo it. But since then, over a year it has worked as expected. You may want to make sure it is installed correctly.

Answer:	No it does not fold down. You can lower it to about 7 feet, though.
