1. Connect the break away rim and hoop mounting bracket to the backboard by using the tools and hardware provided.

• Align the screw holes of the basket and the backboard.
• Insert the screws in the holes.
• Lock the nut on the back of the backboard.

Answer:	Mary, the rim size is 9" in diameter, so it does not use regulation basketball. This is made for younger kids who need a smaller ball.
