A: 1. The sensor is not paired successfully with bike computer. Please reset bike computer and then pair the sensor again.

2. The distance between magnet and the sensor is not correct, and the distance between them cannot exceed 2CM. If it exceeds, the computer may not be able to obtain the rotation signal.

-Q: Why is your data unstable and will become 0 at high speed?

A: 1. If the sensor and magnet are not installed correctly, the data will become unstable and the data will become 0.

2. Please adjust the position between the magnet and the sensor. ( -a. The center of cadence and wheel magnet must be aligned with the corresponding triangle symbol of the sensor; -b. The distance between the magnet and the sensor cannot exceed 2CM. If it exceeds, the computer may not be able to obtain the rotation signal.)

-Q: Why is there no data for mileage?

A: When you start to ride, please press the middle button of the computer, it will start to record the riding. After manual pause, you need to press the middle button to start riding. And after the riding is finished, long press the middle button to store data of this time cycle trip.Then you can view your cycling data in the history. Long press the right button to enter or exit the history.

-Q: Why BLADE can not find sensors:

A:1) Firstly, please make sure that the sensor battery you want to connect with M4 is in normal operation state and the installation position / wearing is correct way; Ride for 2-3 circles for a short time to ensure that these sensors have been activated in operation state.

2) Check the C3 speed & cadence sensor still has power:

a. Mobile phone detection: Currently only supports Android phones. I tried to use three IOS mobile phones, but they were not found. But I found it using the Android phone.

b. When the installation is correct: during normal use, suddenly the computer can't search or the data is unstable, you need replace battery or sensor is broken.

BLADE sesnor part is NOT suitable for these bikes:

Spining bikes, indoor cycling bikes, stationary bike, indoor bike and some bikes that is with a large flat-fork span or short crank. Because the equipped with Bluetooth wireless speed&cadence sensor cannot be installed on these bicycles.

Answer:	No the wheels are too small. They have an app from under armor for your smart phone that is called MapMyRide and I believe it also is for walking, you may want to give that a try

Answer:	No, this just displays Current / average / maximum speed, Trip distance, Total distance, Moving time, and Clock.

Answer:	This Cateye has a sensor that wirelessly connects to a receptor attached to the front fork. This receptor aligns with a small magnet attached to a spoke in the front wheel. You must program the circumference of your front wheel and it will accurately calculate speed and mileage. The receptor meets with the magnet every rotation with spacing at approximately 7mm apart.
Question:	Has anyone tried this on the rear wheel? I want to use this on a stationary trainer, but the front wheel doesn't spin on that setup
Answer:	I don't think it matters which wheel you use as long as you can attach both of the necessary parts to activate the devise. The rate at which the small magnet passes the receiver is what is used to establish speed and distance. Just be sure the the diameter of the rear wheel is within the adjustments allowed.

Answer:	This has a manual that allows for the coding of dozens of tire sizes. I’m sure it would work on a 20” rim. I would have to get home and look at the owners manual. I’m safely assuming you can.

Answer:	1. I was told this is a battery slightly loose problem and to add a piece of scotch tape to the back of the battery and re-install. I folded a 2" piece of tape in half to get rid of the sticky. Re-installed - It worked. NOTE: Don't forget to write your Odometer mileage down - it will reset 000 when you open the battery door 2. Also mounting the Pedrone on a stem that is angled up can cause resetting problems (was told this by the factory).

Answer:	I purchased a new bike recently and decided to buy a new Cateye Padron & head light (Kryptonite) at the same time. Mounted the extras to the handlebars and calibrated the Padron. No issues.....until....riding at night with my light on. It took me a few night rides to put 2 and 2 together, but I finally discovered the interference PROBLEM associated with the Padrone. Quite frustrating as I ride almost exclusively at night during the summer months. My FIX is putting a layer of foil tape around the light. Somehow that mitigates the interference problem and I can once again log Ride miles on the Padrone....but man, my light is ugly as sin now!

Answer:	It's not advertised as waterproof, and looking at the construction of the lights in particular, it definitely is not. I'd call it "water resistant" , as I've been in light rain a few times on rides and have had no problems with the computer or the lights.

Answer:	It's not GPS enabled, so it should...but it depends on the bike design. I'm assuming you're not just using a normal bike on a "trainer" stand. The sensor mounts on the fork or frame where it has close access to the wheel spokes, and the magnet that the sensor uses clips to a spoke. If your bike design will allow for the sensor to be within a few MM of the magnet, and the wheel size of the bike is a standard size that the computer knows, it will work.

Answer:	The resistance on the tire from the trainer is consistent throughout the training period and cannot be adjusted without getting off the bike. However, that's not the purpose of the trainer, unlike a spin bike you have gears on your actual bike and by using your shifter and moving up and down the rear ring you will provide yourself with plenty of resistance and can change gears as often as you need to simulate climbing, speed work, and recovery. There are great training videos on YouTube that tell you when to shift up or down on your bike while using a trainer. Good luck.

Answer:	Sorry, this odometer will not be suitable for your rear wheel of indoor train bike, because the data is specific in the condition that distance between the sensor and bike computer should be less than 60 cm.

Answer:	It is resistant to non-submerged water contact, such as from rain or trail/road splashes. But you can't submerged it in water pool for an extended period.
Question:	I have a 700 x 32c tire. the manual says the setting is 2174. it does not give me accurate distance. anything else i can do to get correct distances
Answer:	Use the method of measuring the total travel of the wheel. Place the bike on a level floor. Mark the wheel on the tire at the point of contact of the wheel with the floor. Mark the floor at the same place. Then roll the bike forward one full turn of the wheel. Mark the floor again where the tire mark contacts the floor. Then measure the distance between the marks you made on the floor. That is the circumference of the wheel. Use this measurement when you program the Nellvita cyclocomputer.

Answer:	Yes. You can use the Wahoo app. You don't even have to create an account with Wahoo.
Question:	Any idea on where to get replacement rubber bands or perhaps a better way to secure the sensors
Answer:	I ended up using some Velcro on my rear hub mounted sensor. I have a SRAM DD3 IGH which is crazy fat. The included rubber strap broke and rather than keeping buying those, I thought I'd try Velcro. I've ridden about 30 miles since doing that and the sensor has stayed mounted. Hope this helps!
