Answer:	Yes!!! I just got mine out and put a briefcase into it I measured the briefcase and an item measuring this will definitely fit in the largest compartment Which is closest to the body

Answer:	The pack has one pocket on the right hip belt. It is approx 3" deep and 7" wide. Mesh that expands a little. Not great but not unuseable. Wish it had 2 pockets.
