Answer:	No, there is a mirror on the back side of the case.
Question:	Quick Question, does the hat rest on something to keep it molded? or is it just resting flat inside the case
Answer:	No, that hat is just resting on the platform. A hat stand isn't necessary with this case. Thanks for asking!
Question:	is this wall-mountable
Answer:	Not directly, the lid does not click, or lock in. If you wanted to mount it on the wall you would have to either glue down the lid. Or use some other form of adhesive.
Question:	Does this block out the sun from fading materials and signatures
Answer:	No. Some UV Coatings can slow down or reduce the amount of fading over time but none are 100% resistant to fading.

Answer:	The wood frame mounts on the wall just like a picture frame. Once it is on the wall, you can remove the plastic wrap that is around the glass and you will notice that the lid (top panel of glass) will hinge open to get inside. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks
Question:	How big is the inside? I want to know if my Hat fits
Answer:	My scale (ruler0 measures in increments of 1/10 (not 1/8 or 1/16) so don't round up or down. I am also measuring inside dimension the best I can. Front to back is 9.8inches, top to bottom is 5.8inches and side to side is 6.5inches. The hat I have in my case touches front to back and is slightly flat in the back. I propped it up at an angle to show the signatures on the bill better, it touches the top but is not squished. Side to side still a lot of space. If I knew how to attach a picture I would do so. Hope this helps and sorry for the late response I don't compute at home much.

Question:	What percentage of uv protection does this case provide? i see that the seller responded to the question in 2017. is the uv protection still the same
Answer:	Hi, we don't give a specific percentage anymore because we don't think that's the most accurate way to explain the UV protection. Rather, the acrylic we use blocks some light waves 100% and other (higher spectrum rays) not at all. That means certain light waves are blocked, but not all light waves. Our cases provide typical, basic, acrylic UV protection which is most effective for normal indoor lighting. It will not protect from UV damage from direct sunlight outdoors or direct rays of sunlight coming through windows. It is possible to get acrylic that provides more UV protection. It is much more expensive and not necessary in most cases; therefore, we don’t offer it. But, if you search for "museum quality UV acrylic" you may be able to find a case made with it.
Question:	Can I mount the display case on the wall
Answer:	There are no holes or screws to walk mount. Mine is on a bookcase shelf. I guess you could try to drill holes in the case. to wall mount.

Answer:	Yes. The acrylic clear box lifts up to access black stand. Great display.

Answer:	Hi, the base is a separate piece that the case sits over so water could come in around the turf covered base if the case was placed in water.

Question:	Is the case deep enough to hold a hat without smashing in the back? Looking to get a Royals hat with Championship patch on the side
Answer:	I don't know...but in my 679 the fan wouldn't work off of the provided wiring, so I plugged it in to a 3 way plug plugged into the light plug-in receptacle (figure that out!). Because I had both the light and the fan on one wire I wanted to cut down on the power draw, so I used a 65 watt equivalent LED (15 watts ?). This also took care of any heat problems. Halogen bulbs are even hotter than incandescents (I think), and if you don't like florescents because of the mercury, think LED. Hows that for a round-a-bout non answer.
Question:	Where is this made in/manufactured
Answer:	"5-3/4-by-8-by-8-1/4-inch housing" This was the item description. The hole in my ceiling is 6 by 8 inch. From the item description it appeared that I can fit it to the hole in my bathroom ceiling. I couldn't make it out that the ceiling hole must be 8 by 8-1/4 inch. I thought that the hole must be 5-3/4-by-8 inch.
Question:	I have previously purchased many of these identical cap cases -- except that they have a wall-mount option. Do you carry that option
Answer:	The 679FL-C has the same housing dimensions (8" x 8-14" x 5-3/4" D) as the 679 today. However, they used different parts. The old unit would have to be removed and replaced with the new housing. They are the same size.
