Answer:	a M is for size 55.5-59, and a L is for 59-62. I would say if you are one who wears a hat under the helmet to go with the L to allow extra space depending on the thickness of the hats, otherwise go with the medium.

Answer:	That depends on your child’s head size. I’d recommend measuring their head with a tape measure to make sure their head circumference is between 48-54cm. My son is 5, has a fairly large head for his age (51.5cm) and this helmet fits him.

Size Adjustment Dial

Answer:	They do have a pocket for chips/pucks to be dropped into, but the design is unfortunately poor and uncomfortable. Although, we redesigned and updated the ear-pads for our 2018-2019 season Mod5 model so the interaction is much better and much more comfortable, but those won't be in-market until August 2018.
