You have to apply pressure against the strip (against the wall) so it doesn't tear off the wall, then pull the tab end in line with the strip so the strip stretches out. As it stretches, it loses adhesion, and just comes off. By the time the stretch gets to the opposite end it just falls off when you release pressure. But if you don't apply pressure while you pull it, you'll quite likely shear off paint and parts of wall if they're weak. |

I'd suggest the Standard Bed. |
