Answer:	I am average/medium women size. I just looked at mine and it says M/L. Fits perfect.
Question:	how durable is the palm? I need these for running the snowblower, which is really hard on mittens
Answer:	The palm is not leather. It is some kind of fake leather and isn't very thick. The stitching is a double row of stitching. They don't appear to be made for heavy work that would have a lot of abrasive activities against the palm like farm work. They seem to be made more for just maintaining warmth which they are exceptional at. My hands sweat inside of them. They do seem to run small. I ordered an extra-large pair which fit my hands perfectly. I do use a merino wool inserts to keep the moisture away from my hands but are unnecessary for warmth. For driving or walking these are exceptional. I have spent hours at a time in the inclement weather and have not had a problem yet. Even more amazing is that after I expose my bare hands to the severe, subfreezing weather, and then put them back in the gloves, my hands actually warm up again. No other gloves ever did this for me.
