Answer:	This is NOT a DMM, it only measures capacitors, not voltage, amps, ohm's etc.If you're referring to a fan motor like the one inside an A/C condenser then yes, this will read the capacitor's value.If you've never worked on anything electrical you'd be better-off finding a knowledgeable friend that can help you.Most residential A/C units operate on 240 Volts, it's imperative that you know for a fact that you've disabled the power first, there should be a disconnect mounted on the house to kill all power to the unit.The normal capacitance range for a fan motor on most A/C condenser's it either 5 uF or 7.5 uF, so, the meter would need to be set to the "20 uF" range to test the cap.Alternating Current Motor Run/Start Capacitors are not polarized, it doesn't matter which lead (red or black) is used to test this type of capacitor, the only time it matters is when measuring DC capacitors that're used in electronics.If you have a dual-capacitor that has 3 connectors instead of 2, you'll need to set the range to 200 uF and take readings from the Herm -> C (Common), then the Fan ->C (Common) terminals to determine if their value matches the rated capacitance on the label of your capacitor.Hope this helps, good luck.

Answer:	I have the 600watt and MH and HPS lights put off high heat, however this enclosed hood with a 6" vent fan pulls the hot air outside for me. You'll need to vent your grow area anyways if you want them to grow right. I put an 6" dryer hose on one end of the light hood then to a 6" vent fan ($20) then more dryer hose taking the old hot air outside. Answer:	Not that I've been able to find. All of mine are pretty quiet, BUT they DO sound like a fan running constantly on medium-to-high speed (though lowering the dimmer setting on the ballast should lower the noise a bit; not much, but it should go down a tiny bit, lol), which is actually pretty quiet compared to the alternative of magnetic ballasts that are much louder and get much hotter to the point of causing fires (which is why so many companies made that switch to digital). You can always build a Faraday Cage and put the ballast inside, which will cut down on any RF interference and should muffle some of the noise, but as far as i've been able to find, there's not really any way of quieting them much more than that. Sorry =-)

Answer:	I'm around the same size, 5'8 and 195. I got a Long Short, however the straps for your shoulders are long, so even tighten up, still not enough and the bibs hand down. Think I might return them for a Medium Short and just leave the mid-section unbutton a little.
