Answer:	The HO Sports Universal Deep V Slalom rope has some stretch to it. It is designed for recreational water sports and open water skiing, so it does not have a tensile strength rating. But, it is perfect for the workaday skier. It may not be strong enough to run the course at 38 off, but it will definitely get the job done for almost all slalom and recreational water sports activities.
