Question:	We have a mega storm four person, but the plug/valve is missing. How do I find out the correct plug to purchase for it
Answer:	I agree with M. Bouwhuis' comment/suggestion. Just to expand on it, the tow rope has a loop on the end of it. You can run the loop through your tow ring, and then put the other end of the tow rope through the loop and pull the entire length of the tow rope through the loop that you inserted through the tow ring. If your tow ring is too small to insert the tow rope through, you can buy a metal clip (they look like the clip some people use to clip a large key ring to their belt loop, also known as a carabiner) and use the clip to attach the tow ring to the tow rope loop.
Question:	Is the black part neoprene or nylon like the rest
Answer:	Plenty long enough behind my IO. I have no experience with twin engines therefore not sure of, if any, special considerations for twins.
Question:	Could this be pulled by a jet ski
Answer:	No. You will need a rope with the mid-rope bouy.
Question:	Can I buy just the cover
Answer:	You need to purchase a bridle to attach the tow rope. The bridle trails out behind the motor and has a float on it, that keeps it away from your prop.

Answer:	It has a standard boston valve so any inflator should work.

Answer:	you need a cone shaped end to fill it up. You can get a good pump very reasonaable from amazon or wal-mart. They make a 110 volt or a 12 volt d.c. that you can put in a cigarette lighter in the car to fill up. The 110 is quicker.

Answer:	Not sure exact measurements because we returned it, way too small for two people and not really big enough for one adult

Answer:	The bottom is canvas. The outside is a canvas cover over a tube it holds up really well. I been using mine for about 2 years now all the time and barley notice any wear on it. Highly recommend it and also has zippers to undo to air out after use.
Question:	can it fit three kids
Answer:	Three small kids, absolutely. We've done this comfortably and safely. Three teenagers, definitely not. Even two teens and a small child would be tight. The two fins in the rear are very helpful with holding small kids onboard.
Question:	I have lost the one-way valve insert so I am unable to keep inflated. Where can I buy a replacement valve
Answer:	The same thing happened to me and unfortunately it is now in the trash- after ordering the replacement valve I found for it, it didn't fit, so I ordered two more from different websites, neither fit. Sorry

Answer:	No it does not fly
Question:	Does the sitting area have an inflated bottom or sling
Answer:	The bottom is a sling and it's not inflated. Since it wasn't inflated it hurt your butt. However the kids said it didn't hurt, so I guess it's just with the weight of an adult. If the bottom was inflated it would the best tube ever.
Question:	what is the best way to fill the tube through the black screw on plug?? What adapter do you use to fill that size hole I could not find any other fill
Answer:	I just unscrew the 1st plug not the whole thing. That way the air stays inside tub. I also have a rechargeable blower and one that hooks up to my battery in the boat both have adapters that fit right in the opening hope this helps.
Question:	Is it recommended to get a separate quick connect tube rope connector
Answer:	Not necessary. It has an easy attachment for the tow rope. I have a rope for each towable which makes it very easy to change what we are using. This tube is extremely stable and perfect for kids.

Answer:	They are nylon in the bottom and inflated on the back

Answer:	You just have to open the air valve (where you inflated them to start with), and you can either squeeze the air out or just let let deflate by itself.

Answer:	I had holes to blow the air into the tubes. You might want to check to see if you miss seeing the cap (clear colors in my case). If you still don't see it, you might need to return or exchange the items.
