Will this board work for a child less than 5 ft tall or will it be too big

Answer:

It depends. This will float them for sure to catch or be pushed into a small wave, hold on then ride the foam and go straight up to the sand and have fun. Or if the child can do stand up boogie riding like a surf board this would probably work. But if they are advanced and into technical prone riding for various reasons I would say this is too big for a child -5’ to comfortably maneuver. Fyi this board does not come with a leash.

Answer:	My boys and girls enjoy with the surfboard on the slip and slides and float around the pool. They are well made and sturdy and perfect size for my kids.

Answer:	I am not sure its specific size, but it is an inflatable surfboard. When it is not inflated, it is just small like a book.

Answer:	I'm 200lbs and almost six feet tall. I used it daily, hours a day, for a solid week in rough ocean waves with swells of almost 4 feet. It lasted, and is still in perfect condition. I think your son will be perfectly fine. Just make sure you secure the knot on the tie to the board tightly. :)
