Answer:	I'm 5'5" with almost identical measurements. I ordered a 2X and it fits me nicely, I didn't want it too big or too tight. It is 27" from the shoulder and the bottom hits the hips and upper thighs. I ordered the grey but I'm thinking of ordering a 2nd one in coral. It is very well made and I use it for outrigger canoe paddling in the winter. I hope this helps.

Answer:	Depends how long you do like and how tall you are. For me it’s perfect. It covers my hips and a little bit down of that. Anyway the underclothes are high waisted.
