Answer:	Excellent question. There were no instructions. I ended up disconnecting one side of the head strap to thread it through the small holder plastic piece, then rethreaded the strap— a pain. But then that small plastic piece broke, so that while it was threaded and attached to the mask, it could not hold the tube... so I ended up attaching the snorkel tube with duct tape. Not a good design. It worked though... as an aside, we had bought three other snorkel sets, all from different manufactures, that had much better designs... but couldn’t tell until received them and tried to put them on

Answer:	I would think you'd have to tuck your beard into the mask so it'd have contact with your skin to seal.

Answer:	From Bridge of nose (which is the very top of your nose between your eyes) to the underside of you chin. The more reputable manufacturers show a diagram of where to measure. If you order and get it wrong you can always request an exchange.

Answer:	We use colorless bright lenses that do not change the color of the object when underwater.

Answer:	Dear customer, To prevent the sand from clogging the bottom, we have improved the leak hole at the bottom. The bottom not only drains normally, but also drains faster than other older snorkeling masks on the market.
Question:	Can this be used in a pool for swimming laps
Answer:	I use it to swim laps instead of a regular facemask and snorkel (which I use so I don't have to keep my head above the water NOT so I can look around at the bottom of the pool!), but if I do swim too hard, I can't get enough air and have to stop every few laps to take the mask off to get some deep breaths. Is this the way all these masks work?
Question:	I just received my mask. The band to attach-detach the snorkel looks thin. Are there replacements if this breaks

Answer:	Only offering this because I see a comment about incompatibility with Apple products. I’m purchasing my 7th and 8th pair now. I’ve been using these constantly for the last 5 years. When I say constantly I mean I sleep with them in my ears and spend most of the day with them in one or both ears. All I have ever used them with are iPhones, 2012 Mac Book Pro, 2011 iMac, and 2017 iPad mini. I’ve never had a problem with them. They are very durable but will fail where the wire and jack connect after too many hard yanks when dropping the phone, forgetting you’re connected to a computer, or when they are wrapped around your neck and you catch the wire in the car seatbelt.

Answer:	These are not brand new they are used and refurbished by amazon. Always be careful of the products drastically reduced price. Because most of the time they are product returns that were not wanted or defective. Amazon does try to refurbish product, but they usually aren’t going to last as long as the new product. Also you’ll be lucky enough if it’s just a product that the packaging was a problem and the product might be ok. Read all info on used refurbished products.

WILDHORN COMMITMENT TO SAFETY

GET THE RIGHT FIT

The right fit will keep the water out, decrease chances of fogging, and improve your overall experience. From the side of your nose in a straight line, measure the distance from the base of your chin to the bridge of your nose.

The lower chamber should seal nicely around your nose. The outer skirt should seal nicely around your face. Clean shaven conditions work best. Remember to prepare your mask before use for additional resistance from fogging.

Answer:	I don’t have any problems with it. Super snuff!!!! I have a short-medium beard and it fits snug. No issues what so ever. I’ll have to revisit this question when I have a really bib beard lol

Question:	Does the mask have a purge valve in addition to the purge valve in the snorkel itself
Answer:	The snorkel has purge valve, the mask don't. How to clean wather inside the snorkel? Water that leaks inside the snorkel tube will collect at the bottom, where there is a little valve. With a light exhale, there is enough force for the water to just drain down through the valve (instead of having to blow it back up through the tube with a huge gust of air). You can do this with a normal exhale, from the position you’re in, without having to chuck your head back or do any crazy aerobatics (as you might have to with a snorkel without a purge valve).
Question:	Are those snorkel masks anti fog lens
Answer:	Yes, our mask will keep anti-fog for 2 years if you didn't damage the anti-fog film. And lease remove this coating from the inside of the lens, or you will find your the mask constantly fogging up no matter how much defogging agent you use. There are some simple ways to keep your mask anti-fog. 1. Toothpaste Squirt toothpaste on the inside of the lens and rub it around with your finger or a soft cloth for a few minutes. The simpler the toothpaste, the better, so try to find a paste without bleaching agents and confetti. It may help to leave toothpaste on the mask overnight or to scrub the mask several times to allow the chemicals to react. Avoid using an extremely abrasive toothpaste or rough cloth, as these can scratch the inside of the glass. 2. Saliva Spit on the inside of the mask and rub it around with your finger. Dunk the mask briefly in fresh water. The goal is to leave a thin layer of saliva on the inside of the glass. Spitting does not work well if the mask dries out before diving, so use this technique immediately before the dive. 3. Baby Shampoo Many divers carry a bottle of watered-down baby shampoo with their dive gear. A few drops rubbed into the lens and then briefly rinsed out keeps a mask from fogging. Baby shampoo is preferable to standard shampoo, as it is generally hypo-allergenic, less irritating to your eyes, and biodegradable. Baby shampoo smells good, too.
