Answer: close up it kind of looks like a distressed bronze, so brown black with a feeble attempt at making it look distressed. far away, they look black.

Answer: Normally, the working temperature of the tape is the temperature just before the tape gets sticky from being exposed to the surrounding temperature. I feel that when the glue in the tape gets sticky, the "holding" power diminishes. I can not tell you the working temperature in cold weather. In California, cold is any degrees below 70 degrees.

Question: will this woek on concrete entry way
Answer: I used it on a steal backing and chose it after reading the comments section. I would not personally expect anything to stay stuck to concrete in an exterior location due to its tendency to collect moisture. However I noticed several that liked this product have used it in places that I also would have questioned and had acceptable results. If you do try it make sure the concrete is very dry when applying it, once the glue is set any moisture is likely to not cause it to come loose. After all some are using it in pool areas and out of reviews all were impressed with its ability to stay stuck but one. He likely did not have a good clean surface or had a wet one that he tried to stick it to.
Question: Would this be good for making a scratch run or board for filing a dogs nails? Is it strong enough to withstand dogs running on it
Answer: It is meant for stairs, top of skate boards, race car floors. Might be too coarse for nail file. Should hold up to dog running on it. It is just coarse sandpaper.
Question: Would this work on a wheelchair ramp
Answer: I think it would work well on any ramp. The surface in the steps where I applied it more than a year ago shows no sign of wear. However, a couple of places the adhesive failed under the edge for as much as an inch in but it was easay to fix it by applying contact cement with a Q-tip. It is a good product

Answer: It can be removed but it will leave a residue of adhesive on the surface that will have to be removed with alcohol or WD 40.
