Answer:	We haven't had to worry about this one. But another brand wouldn't even respond ,so Amaon replaced it with this one.

Answer:	The description beside the scooter says weight up to 140 pounds, not 220 pounds. Interesting that the seller answered 220 pounds. I wonder which it is?
