Answer:	Probably because you are trying to go backwards. You have to push forward not lean back. If you put pressure towards back, it shakes because it does not go backwards. It’s letting you know to put pressure towards the front to move forward.

Answer:	There is a small power button to the left of the charging port. Remove the charging cable and press the button until you hear a tone and the lights turn on in the middle of the hoverboard.
