There is just a trifold manual within which doesn’t explain as l wish as mom but here are some details l can share with you to help a little, we just opened it yesterday morning and we figure it out how it works: 1: there is a small round silver button which is the turn on/off . Push it gently and you will hear a sound which means it is on. When turning off, it will Not sound 2. Next to this button there is a trident male entrance to plug it in. The plug box that connects to the outlet has the red light that will become green when fully charged (l was looking in the scooter for the red light) 3 When turning it on before being charged, the scooter top will turn like orange which means it is not charge 4 Make sure you or your son or whoever uses the scooter or hoverboard sets their feet on the “pedals “ or sides of the board (check the top of the board, left and right have a different black part on both sides which is what speeds up or lowers the speed) This is the big deal in the scooter 5 I bought the black one, so lights are great and looks amazing in darkness 6 the balance is tricky but my son first kind of bent his knees so he could maintain the balance and little by little he stood up and understood the perfect position is to be perfectly straight and slightly forward to speed up.
