Question:	Is this hoverboard waterproof
Answer:	Yes! Yes you can if you try and have a 'can do' attitude (just being lighthearted)! Sure, the packaging says that it can not be replaced, but who ever listens to what 'can't' be done... it's a simple kid's toy. If you pull open the end where the batteries are at (not the end with the holes in it), you can pry it open. You may need to use a knife to pry it up but once you have it opened, carefully use that same knife or small flat head screwdriver, to pull the circuit board out of the plastic where the batteries are at... you should be able to figure the rest out by then. But if you still don't know what to do, just pull open one of the metal tabs and take out the two batteries and replace them. Please be sure to test the toy first, making sure you put the batteries in the correct way, before putting it all back together. It can be a little tricky putting the circuit board back into the plastic, so keep that knife handy and squeeze it back in. And there you have it, another half a year's worth of amazed children. P.S. it takes two CR2032 batteries. And if you happen to break it as you are prying it apart, no big deal... without new batteries, it would be trash anyway. At least you tried.

STEPS TO CONNECT BLUETOOTH:

1.Turn on your phone's bluetooth;

2.Start the hoverboard;

3.Find the corresponding device which named as ""HY-A02"" and click connect.

You will hear a sound like ""Ding-dong"" from the hoverbaord.

Then you can open the music app and enjoy music. And the volume can be changed by adjusting the volume of your phone.

HOW TO RESET:

1. Turn off your hoverboard.

2. Place your hoverboard on the ground, make sure your hoverboard is not tilting in any direction and calibrate balance in a horizontal level.

3. Hold down the power button for at least 20 seconds.

4. Power off the hoverboard and turn it back on.

Please try resetting your hoverboard again if the first attempt did not solve the issue.

Answer:	We would charge it the requested amount of time, but the battery would not charge like it was supposed to. It would only last a few minutes at time and start flashing that it needed to be charged again.

Answer:	Small but perfect for peanut size model airplanes. The motor run for about 5 to 10 seconds and fly high enough to get in to tall trees. They are setup to loop so I add some clay to the nose. Buy them they are fun. Just remember give them a lot of room to keep them from landing on roofs and branches.

Note that this locomotive and tender have a delicate electrical connector that must always be connected together; so users must be careful when lifting or removing the locomotive from the track.
