Answer:	I would verify that the charger is actually charging. Measure the voltage at the output for the necessary DC voltage to charge. Maybe there is an Indicator charge light on the hover board , I don’t own the one I bought, it is in my nieces possession. If charger is working good then I would contact seller for a return / exchange if possible. If the time to return it has expired then open up unit and make sure the battery / batteries are still connected with wires, they could have come off. Finally if battery is connected measure battery voltages at battery terminals. If they are to low you can always purchase new batteries and replace them. The batteries should have a DC voltage rating printed on them. I use a fluke digital volt meter. However you can use any voltage meter to measure the voltages it doesn’t have to be a digital meter an analog meter will work, just make sure you are using the DC voltage setting to measure I hope this helps. One last item came to mind. Verify that the charger and hover board seats really good and there is not bent or missing pins. Rob
