Question:	Can you buy a replacment batter
Answer:	Less than a hundred, more than a couple dozen. We had two or three plastic bags filled with more plastic bags and virtually all of them fit in there. It was pretty full after, though. (Don't buy it if you don't plan on screwing it into the wall. The adhesive is not strong enough to hold its own weight for very long.)
Question:	why does it beep
Answer:	I would not recommend this can for outdoor use. Once you remove the heavy duty plastic liner from the inside which actually holds your trash, it has a false bottom with 2 metal rods. These rods will rust if exposed to the elements, they're what open and close the lid. Also, this is an esthetically pleasing to look at trashcan, not to mention kinda expensive. I wouldn't recommend this for outdoor use. Hope this helps you and good luck.
