Question:	My son can’t seem to get his to start he kick starts it and presses the button and it won’t start, any suggestions
Answer:	We just received ours and the handle would not stay up on its own-my son still tried to ride it but it just doesn’t work like that- he ended up falling off of it a couple times. Answer:	Dear Customer Thanks for your questions. This is a portable wheelchair and the power is limmited. It will little difficult to drive on the grass.
Question:	How much does it weight
Answer:	The side arms are made of metal with plastic arm rest but there is nothing supporting the arms other than where they are attached to the chair back. I don't know how well they would do it you put too much press on them when you get up. Also, we are still waiting on the company to decide what they are going to do. The chair has not worked since we got it 10 days ago. It looks like it is charging but after you disconnect the adapter it will not turn on. They had me send them pictures of the controller and they are trying to decide what it will take to get it to work. I think that once it starts working that it will ideal for my 95 year old mother but just waiting.
