Answer:	Wheels are 1 1/2 in wide the front span of the front wheels is 16 inches, and yes it is easy to handle. And will go through doors easily. Fits in the back of the van very easily not very heavy.

Answer:	The handlebars fold down to make it more compact -- a little tricky the first time you try it, but easy when you figure out how. I can easily transport it in my Honda FIT when folded, but can even squeeze it into certain spots when handlebars are up. And yeah, I'm no spring chicken, pushing 65.
Question:	I see others have pads that seem to be molded to a leg while this one is flat without raised sides. Is it easy to keep your leg on the pad
Answer:	I have several months of experience on both types of pads, and I will tell you the flat ones are better, but a fuzzy 2" foam pad on top of a flat one is optimal. The knee-divot model tends to have a topographical logo in the middle of the divot, which ends up making an impression on your leg. It's not fun, or comfortable. I had to deal with that for the better part of 6 months. I've had this knee rover model for about 3 years now, I put a 2" fuzzy foam pad on it 2 months ago, and that's the most comfortable a scooter has been.

Question:	Just received mine today and there is a terrible squeak, like metal on metal. Can't really sure where the source is, best guess the back wheel break
Answer:	The only time I experienced any squeak was if the break was engaged. Otherwise there were no problems, just make sure the handle is tightly secured.
Question:	Can the basket be detached for times I do not need to use it
Answer:	The basket is removable. It has two vertical slots in the back of it that slide onto two upright "hooks" mounted on the steering column. The basket is quite sturdy and has enough room to place a macbook vertically. I added a rubber band connected to a piece of string across one corner of the basked which has proven very useful in holding a water bottle. We have a Honda Accord and the scooter with basket attached fits nicely in the trunk.
Question:	I'd rather have pneumatic tires but want the stability of 4 wheels. Has anybody switched out the tires themselves
Answer:	I've kept the original tires and it could use something to stabilize it. I have fallen when a tire got caught in a crack in the street. Overall it does the job. But I don't trust it.

Answer:	Fairly. Pull up and out on the silver thing at the front of the handles, then pull to the side, and the handle bars fold down. Not 100% but good enough

Answer:	I found that I could use the iWalk with crutches to walk long distances comfortably. Great for around the house and short trips with no crutches.

Answer:	From the manufacturer - the answer is definitively yes. As many have mentioned, if the boot is partial height, and does not run the full length of the crutch knee platform, then you will want to build up the are in front of the top of the boot with additional foam, or a folded hand towel or similar. This isn't always necessary - it depends on the thickness of the boot, but it generally results in greater comfort. Build up the area higher than you think you should, then try it, and reduce the thickness until you find the most comfortable, functional height. Remember to keep the straps tight - this is essential to have the best control and efficiency from the crutch.The only situation that can cause problems is with some air boots, which have inflation bladders positioned on the front of the boot. These can overinflate during use (but this isn't always the case). If yours does this, then the bladder can either be disabled or you can use a different boot. Hint - make sure the knee strap is tight - if the knee cannot lift during gait, the bladder won't pump air.Additional foam with peel and stick adhesive can be purchased from our website, but a folded hand towel works just as well, and it's free. Just remember to start too thick, then reduce the thickness until it's optimized.

Answer:	From the manufacturer - typically the answer is yes, you do need to remove it- HOWEVER, 1. After a day or two, most people take 10-15 seconds to put on / take off the iWALK (your first day you won't believe this is possible, but you'll see - it really is IF you're using the straps correctly). 2. After you're proficient and confident on the iWALK2.0, for short trips, don't strap in - just use the handle to keep the crutch in contact with your leg and to stabilize it. It's really easy and quite convenient.

Answer:	Yes, absolutely. That said, be aware that an iWALK2.0 can never be as efficient as a human leg, so the effort to do distance in an iWALK is greater than normal human walking. The most recent long distance walk that comes to mind is a man who was an amputee and had committed to do a charity walk of two miles, but was derailed due to his amputation. He used his iWALK2.0 to keep mobile while he was waiting for his leg to heal and be capable of using his prosthetic. As part of his training, he walked long distances in this iWALK20. He was fitted with his prosthetic and was able to complete the charity event, even though it was on the first day of having his new prosthetic. His doctor, in 25 years of fitting prosthetics, had never seen anything like this, and attributed the feat to the work he had done with the iWALK2.0. 1. STAIR TEST – BEFORE YOUR INJURY, could you walk up and down a flight of stairs at normal walking pace, and without using the handrail?
2. BALANCE TEST – Can you balance on your good (uninjured) leg for at least 30 seconds?

If you cannot pass both tests, the iWALK2.0 will not work for you. If you can, please proceed to step 1B.

WILL IWALK2.0 FIT YOU?

1. HEIGHT – if you are between 5’1” (155cm) and 6’2” (185.5cm), then there’s a 99% chance that iWALK will fit you. If you are shorter or taller, you must consult the leg length chart at left.
2. WEIGHT – Maximum weight is 275 pounds (125 kg)
3. THIGH SIZE – Maximum thigh circumference, measured at the top of the leg, is 28 inches (71cm)

Proceed to step 2.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS – Let’s confirm that you can use iWALK. If you answer NO to any of these, it will not work for you, otherwise, go to step 2.

1. You will follow our video instructions and allow yourself up to 60 minutes to adapt
2. Before your injury, you could walk normally – you were active and healthy
3. Your injury is to one leg only, and below the knee
4. You can bend your injured leg 90 degrees at the knee
5. You are not significantly overweight
6. If elderly, you were active and had full mobility. You meet all other requirements..

Question:	Can someone just rent one of these for a couple of months without having to buy it
Answer:	I'm not exactly sure what your asking, but I used it for after ankle surgery (not weight bearing) and the only issues I had were: 1. Difficulty getting over various bumps 2. Getting it in and out of my car 3. Had to figure out which side to get off of it on... With that being said, I'm single so had to do it all myself. Oh, and it's really not comfy to sit on for long periods, doc ran 3hrs behind my last appt and my butt was killing me! Answer:	I don't know the answer to this. I'm 5'1" and found the lower settings too low for me. The foot rest also doesn't play well with the basket, unless you're going straight.

Question:	According to its website, it says that it is foldable. However, I've read a couple comments that said it was not. Can someone clear this up
Answer:	China, they are faulty. They last about two weeks then a design flaw makes them stop functioning. The design flaw is that there is a plastic piece inside where the cable runs that as you use the device wears a groove making the cord that operates the grabber stop being able to grab as the cord gets stuck in this groove. There is no way to fix it, it just stops being able to open and close making it worthless. Hope that helps.

Answer:	The Grabber could easily handle that weight. You have to be able to maintain a firm grip when picking up heavy objects. The issue with a 24 oz. can pickup is the shape/size of the can as the open area of the Grabber jaws is about 3 inches wide.

Answer:	I’m over 200# Used mine for months with no problems The pad is just foam rubber and it has somewhat less loft than when new, but not a collapse. The frame is steel, so perhaps switching the knee pad end for end may be helpful.

Answer:	When you turn the handle bars the wheels turn with it there is a bar connected to both wheels. Other than that nothing else turns. Both wheels turn at the same time.

Answer:	It was more stable than some of the others. with the rubber tires the transition from carpet to tile was no problem. I got along good on the concrete driveway, the grass was a little questionable. We had borrowed a smaller one with small hard plastic wheels and I almost fell off of it twice so we ordered this one. most issues I had with it were my fault. trying to go to fast and making to big of a stride and I would get off balance. No regrets about getting it. It gave me a lot more freedom for 3 months that I had to use it.
