Answer:	I would say yes. My 11yo is 5 ft, my 14yo is 5'9". The handle bars seem a little taller and a little wider then some of the others, but my boys are very happy with theirs.

Answer:	No it is not, the bars are set height, you would have to change the bars, the t bars on the street model are the tallest sold on prodigy models from what I know, as a 5'10 male i ride it without problem. And my girlfriend is 5'5 and she rides mine without any problem either, but she does prefer her KOS s6 (with the park bars which are much more skinnier/less wide and about 1-2 inch shorter height).
