They seem very safe for small children as the wheels don't roll very fast at all which prevents them from falling so much.

Answer:	Personally I feel that they are great starter skates. I like the fact that the wheels aren’t “fast” in terms of mobility. They allow my child to work on her balance all while sliding/gliding her feet. Another plus is that they are super easy to put on and take off with any shoes.
