Answer:	I found that if I did a lot of navigation with it on my wrist that the heat rate monitor dug in and was a little uncomfortable. I do minimal button pressing while I exercise so it didn't bother me then. I just take it off my wrist of I intend to wander through the menus. I wear it snug but not tight and it seems fine now.

I would not recommend these pants unless you want to get wet after playing in snow.
