The answer pretty much is in the fit of the glasses. My Dudumas have good nose pads that ride my nose without slipping allowing me to wear them so there is an air gap all the way around the lenses. They also have openings in the ear pieces; this too allows for air circulation. Even in Florida's humid heat, I have been happy with my Dudumas anti-fog abilities. (of course, if all else fails, you can always coat the lenses with "rain-ex" too.) Hope that helps.

Answer:	I don't think polarized glass works to prevent glare from headlights. Polarized glass works on reflect light and the closer to 90 degrees reflected the more it works. They are probably too dark to wear at night for safe driving. If you are a passenger, they can be worn to reduce the amount of light received.
